Field Technician

This position is to be part of a crew to carry out planned activities related to landscaping, irrigation, installation and renovation projects, which may or may not include local ornamental and native plant removal and planting services, pruning and removal services. of trees and palm trees, installation of synthetic and natural grass, residential paving, retaining walls, decks, pit bonfires, among others.

We are looking for professionals with enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and face challenges. Proactivity, good communication and ability to work in a team are fundamental to this role.
It's a plus to the function:
  • Experience with planting and maintaining plants.                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • Experience with adjustment and repair of irrigation systems.
  • Experience with the use of power tools like lawn mowers, blowers, weed Wacker, hedge trimmer, others.
  • Experience with tree jobs.
  • Valid Driver’s License (it’s a plus).
  • Clean back-ground.

Field Manager

This position is for team coordination in the field. Function requires experience in project management. Function requires ability to read and understand projects, meeting deadlines, planning, finding solutions and ability to coordinate other workers in their duties.                               

It's activities related to landscaping, irrigation, installation and renovation projects, which may or may not include local ornamental and native plant removal and planting services, pruning and removal services. of trees and palm trees, installation of synthetic and natural grass, residential paving, retaining walls, decks, pit bonfires, among others.

Proactivity, ability to work in a team, good communication, decision-making ability, logical reasoning and task time management are expected characteristics of this role.                                                                    

Function requires a valid driver's license.

Office Assistant

This role is to assist basic sales and administrative office functions. Including but not limited to: field visits, data collection, and assistance in generating sales proposals; organization of files and receipts, spreadsheets, time control, purchases and others.

Must have good organizational skills, fulfilling tasks, objectivity, proactivity. 

Experience in sales and office functions that involve the activities mentioned above or similar are desirable requirements. 

It is necessary to have a valid driver's license. 

Need knowledge in tools such as: computer, Window's, Office tool.
 

  • Work Hours 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have to be able to follow instructions.

  • Have to be able to follow safety procedures, including safety rules of operating equipment.
